Returns & Refunds
I want to return a product and I want a refund too.
That’s not a problem, and you are covered with our Unconditional 365 Days Returns Guarantee. If you change your mind We stand by our products and want you to have the best possible online shopping experience, so if you are not happy, you have an entire year to return them (excluding the shipping fee). We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 365 days of purchase. For any products that are not damaged, you will need to pay the cost of the return, and we encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
In the rare case you have received a product other than your order, damaged or expired items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of when you received the items. A member of our Client Care team will contact you and verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please make sure you also include your order confirmation number in your message so we can find your order easily and process your request immediately.
Missing items from your order
Receiving your order on time, with everything that you order and in good condition is very important to both you and us! We strive for excellence in Client Care and we do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
How to Return Products
If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact email@example.com to find out how to send damaged products back to our nearest warehouse.
We require that you also include your order number as well as pictures of your products so we can process your request promptly.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If you are unable to receive your order or have given the incorrect address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that we may incur.
Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us.
If you no longer require the order, the value of the items it contains will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return us the package. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
As a valuable Correxiko.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund.
The funds from the original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card when the exchange is processed.
If the exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund back to an e-Gift Card for the full amount (minus shipping).
An exchange also requires the original order to be returned to Correxiko.com within 14 days. If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?
Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience. New Gift Certificate codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
