After doing my homework and looking for a collagen powder to help with aching joints and the other alleged benefits, I chose this one from Correxiko. Initially, it had no taste or smell, so I could easily dissolve it in my morning cup of tea. Impressed with this, I signed up for a subscription. Then, with no warning, the formula changed to one with a horrible smell and taste, contrary to their labelling of "unflavoured"- it was more like wet farmyard animal flavoured. I tried to persevere, but it was very unpleasant. I emailed customer services about it, asking if it was a faulty batch. A week passed, and there was no reply. I chased them and eventually was told, No, it's not faulty, but we regularly change the formula to make improvements. Now I am left with a whole unopened packet I will never use, plus half an opened one. Very disappointed.

While we haven't made intentional formula changes, we're concerned about the significant difference you've described in smell and taste. Natural variations can sometimes occur, but what you're experiencing sounds well beyond normal variation.
