I would ask that you please take the products daily for at least 3 weeks, without missing any doses, to give the best possible chance for the products to work for you and achieve the results you want.
Having said that, if for any reason you’re not happy with our products, you can return them for a full refund of the product cost.

These are the terms:

1. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product.
2. The guarantee is only for your first order, it is not valid for any subsequent orders.
3. The return item can be in any condition. If you order a bundle of the same product, we will refund the first product of the bundle, and any remaining unused products of the bundle, returned in their original condition, with the seal unbroken.
4. This offer is only valid for products purchased from the Correxiko website.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund. This is for us to understand your reasons so we can improve, so please give us as much detail as possible. But I want to confirm, we accept your return for any reason

Return Process:
We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please request a proof of postage from the post office, you may need to send this to us if we don't receive the returned products.

Refund:
Once we receive the returned item and verify the condition of any bundle products, we will process your refund. We will refund the full product/s cost, we do not refund shipping costs. If you received free shipping with your order, we will deduct a £4.95 shipping cost from the product refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
