Spring wellbeing tips from Lisa. Lisa’s Current Wellness Loves

Hello, lovely, it’s Lisa here.

I’ve been the ambassador for Correxiko for almost five years now, and like so many of you, I have found the products so helpful during my menopause.

What I love most is that Correxiko isn’t just about beauty—it’s about whole-body health. Their collagen, vitamin C, and omega-3 supplements are thoughtfully formulated and made with quality ingredients you can trust.

So many of you message me asking for tips on how to stay healthy, strong, and confident during midlife, so I wanted to share some of the things I have been doing lately. They’re simple and powerful and have made a big difference to how I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. I hope something here inspires you to try something new, too!

Morning Meditations

I’ve been starting most mornings with one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations (you can find these for free on YouTube), and it’s really helped me feel more centred, positive, and ready to take on the day. It’s not just about calming the mind—it’s about priming your mindset to create the kind of day (and life!) you want. I can’t recommend this enough if you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

Cold Shower Finish

Okay—this one is tough but powerful! I’ve been ending my morning shower with 90 seconds of cold water. It’s intense, but it gives me this incredible rush—it tightens the skin, clears my head, and honestly makes me feel like I can handle anything the day throws at me. It’s one of the best ways to boost energy and resilience, both mentally and physically.

My Morning Gym & Glow Drink

I have been going to the gym 2-4 times a week and started lifting weights. Strength training is so good for you in midlife, especially for bone health, and this regular weight routine I have committed to has totally transformed my body. I feel so much stronger, and I am loving it.

Staying hydrated is always essential when working out to improve recovery and boost energy when you train. My new morning routine is to add Correxiko powder to my water bottle, top up with filtered water and a couple of slices of lemon, and drink this during my workout. It’s hydrating and refreshing and gives my skin, joints, and energy levels a real boost.

Eating Less Sugar

You all know that I have a sweet tooth and love treats, but over the last 6 months, I have made a massive conscious effort to be more aware of the amount of sugar in foods and really cut back on things that are spiking my blood sugar.  I have tweaked my diet, such as swapping potatoes for pulses, eating good quality protein with all my meals and cutting back on alcohol when I go out and socialise. These changes have improved my sleep, mood, and body shape. It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it.

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the smallest rituals—done with intention—make the biggest difference.

Sending love,

Lisa x
