Have been using the powder for a few months now.
I love it’s flavourless, and I add to my morning tea, not having more tablets to take was a bonus for me!
I have bought the capsules for holidays for ease.
My skin hair and nails are all looking better.
Nails were first thing I noticed and then my hair which was failing out with the menopause has slowed right down and feels silkier.
My skin feels and looks better but I do use a good skin care regime and it is still early days. I also take high dose omega anyway.
I still get bone/joint pains at night but again early days and they are better when I hydrate properly. Not 5 stars yet as too early.
