I wanted to share my experience with your collagen product, which I initially found very impressive. After finishing my first tub, I noticed a significant reduction in aches and even saw some improvement in my hair. I was so pleased that I set up a subscription—especially as it offered a decent saving—and enjoyed taking the daily dose in my morning tea. The fact that it had no taste or smell made it easy to incorporate into my routine.
However, I’ve held back from giving a full five-star rating due to an issue with my third order. The product arrived with a noticeably unpleasant taste and a strong, off-putting smell. After a few emails with customer service, I was sent a replacement tub. Initially, I was told the formula is always being improved, but I didn’t feel that explanation addressed the issue. Thankfully, the new tub was better, although it had the same batch number as the previous one.
That said, the taste is still not quite right. I now have to split the dose throughout the day because taking it all at once brings back the unpleasant flavour of the faulty batch. This isn’t ideal, as I don’t always remember to take it consistently.
I plan to try one more tub as part of my subscription, but if the taste issue persists, I’ll likely cancel and explore other options in what is a very saturated market.
