I switched to Correxiko from another brand to try them. I take 4 as recommended. Since taking collagen my hair loss when brushing has reduced & there is some improvement in terms of body aches. Not seeing much improvement in the strength of my nails though which is disappointing. I don't particularly want to take more collagen which people seem to do in the powder format. Correxiko are a good affordable option & delivery is quick.
