This is a super easy way to use collagen and have a hearty breakfast ready and waiting for you in the morning. Perfect for busy people!
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 apples, grated
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 heaped tbsp yoghurt (dairy, or non-dairy - ideally sugar-free live yoghurt)
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon- enough to sprinkle to taste
- Splash of milk (ideally dairy-free option)
- 1 heaped tbsp Correxiko marine collagen powder
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Other fruits - feel free to add any other fruits you enjoy using, such as fresh strawberries, cherries, etc.
Mix all the ingredients together, transfer to a container with a lid, or just, cover the dish with something such as foil or clingfilm. Leave overnight and enjoy the next morning for a deliciously healthy breakfast. Enjoy!
